Where do I begin? Julie was so helpful! My wedding was about two weeks ago and everything turned out exactly as I wanted it thanks to her. Even though most of my reception was in Spanish, Julie was still able to fully handle the coordination and timeline. Prior to my wedding I had booked her for the bliss package. At around my wedding time, I was informed that I was going to be laid off of work. I informed Julie and even after all of the coordination and planning, she had no problem adjusting my package to one that better fit my budget. Overall, I am extremely glad that Julie helped me play out my dream wedding!

The Birthday Package

    This birthday party was at a private residence in Thousand Oaks, Ca. I provided the décor in my Birthday Package which included a 6ft Cake table, Backdrop, choice of linen, cake stand and cake table signage. Add-ons for this event were up-graded linen, table runner & linen for buffet, fairy lights & garland, napkin rings. Coordinated menus with Wood Ranch and Bites & Delights Catering. I set up the Buffet + Bar.

  • Julie worked wonders for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration amidst the holiday season! With 30 guests gathered outside, she transformed the space into a festive speakeasy that left everyone in awe.

    Julie expertly balanced the celebratory atmosphere with the cozy warmth of the season. The result was a magical setting that perfectly captured the spirit of this milestone birthday. Her strategic planning, attention to weather considerations, and commitment to guest comfort showcased her professionalism.

    Communication was impeccable throughout the process, and Julie seamlessly incorporated personal touches into the celebration.     I coordinated the day of and provided all floral.

  • We hired Julie as the day of coordinator for our wedding this past June, and she did an AMAZING job. My wife Yezibel and I were so pleased with her vibrant attitude, her presence and energy throughout the entire process was wonderful and she delivered on all of her promises to make our wedding day extra special! She put the finishing touches on our wedding décor and centerpieces, worked with our vendors to keep us on schedule and make sure that everything went smoothly, and was attentive and available throughout the day to ensure that all of our needs were met, and that all of our guests were engaged and happy. She stayed until the very end and was methodical in helping us wrap up and gather our personal items. If you want to ensure that your wedding day is as happy and magical as you envision, Julie is the one for the job!

  • Julie is a RARE FIND. She is one of the few honest, talented, hard working people left out there. I called her looking for help for a small dinner party. I wasn’t sure what I exactly needed or wanted, within minutes she helped me figure everything out. Julie was on it, making phone calls and setting things up. Since I’m not a local and I was not fully aware the potential my dinner could have, until Julie. Not only did she help me arrange things, she gave me amazing unique ideas. Julie truly listened to me to best understand what I was looking for. After about a week of planning, Julie did something very few people would do, she told me I didn't need to hire her for the full event, lets do a consultation instead. I had everything I needed. See, my dinner was small and simple, not an event. I was impressed and taken back by her honesty. Sure, she could’ve over charged me and taken my money, but that’s NOT Julie! She is honest and talented hard worker, a ‘RARE FIND.’ If you want a good, honest person with an amazing eye for detail she is it!

  • Thank you to Julie for planning my beautiful, fairly tale Indian Wedding. I was out of state and she did the florals, the décor and planning at Malibu Hindu Temple and at Hotel Casa Del Mar. She really gives her all to her job and has an amazing eye for class and elegance and made our day unforgettable. Highly recommend her services. Thank you Julie, you're just wonderful.

The Bliss Coordination

    Wedding and Reception, Styling & Day of coordination. I set the décor up/styled the reception and ceremony including the palms in the isle way.

  • We are so lucky to have found Julie!

    Having the curse of a critical eye, we decided to embark on this amazing-yet crazy adventure of planning a wedding our selves. After realizing we needed help, we were lucky to have found Julie! Her experience and enthusiasm, was the perfect injection of skill into our wedding. Julie knew exactly what to do and was able to produced and amazing wedding, BEAUTIFUL beyond our imagination.

    Even after having to deal with the list of troubles we left for her (given the fact that we thought we could plan this, even though we never been married before), she was able to eloquently handle all these hurtles, and rise to the occasion.

    If you are a DIY'er like us, and think you can pull this off, please take our advise. Trust in Julie. You will enjoy your wedding, eat food, have a great time, not worry about any vendors or logistics, and have a piece of mind that she would put out any fires that may (will) arise on your most important day. We even received high compliments from the Rangers at the venue. They said they have never seen an event coordinator that was so attentive, even until the very end.

  • Julie has a great eye and is so creative when it comes to her decoration abilities. She went above and beyond for my wedding. My wedding was outdoor and that day we were experiencing 40-60 mph wind. The centerpieces didn't want to stay up she had to get creative, the wind was bringing everything down but she was amazing and figured it out. I couldn't have thank her enough. She has so much heart, passion, and may I add ENERGY! She came through was able to save the day and make my wedding look phenomenal and beautiful despite the many obstacles. Wish I had more pictures of the reception to show the little details she adds. What a great eye. She did too much but I appreciate it. I highly recommend her such great value.
