Parks & Recreation requires a strict pack-in/pack-out policy. All trash, décor, equipment, and rentals must be removed at the end of your event. A final walk-through with park staff or the assigned ranger is required for deposit return. A coordinator like Interior Scapes | Events by Julie Jenkins must be present for both the initial and the final walk-throughs to ensure compliance and protect your deposit. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in forfeiture of the damage/cleaning deposit.
